[High performance PC filament] SUNLU PC-ABS Filament is a high-performance 3D printing material made from a polymer alloy of PC (polycarbonate) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). Combining excellent heat resistance and toughness of PC with the enhanced processing capabilities of ABS, printed parts remain stable even under high temperatures and impact. This material also offers a smooth surface finish and is highly compatible with metal coatings, making it ideal for applications that require both strength and aesthetic appeal. Widely used in automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors, PC-ABS delivers high-quality finished products and prototypes.

[Tough, Strong & Heat Resistant] SUNLU PC-ABS 1.75mm is one of the strongest and most heat-resistant of all SUNLU 3D filament materials available for printing on consumer-grade printers. Please note that PC-ABS is industrial engineering filament that need a high printing temperature and chamber Temperature(about 90˚C~100˚C), make sure of your printer's suitability before purchasing.
[Tips/Suggestions for Use]
* Calibrating your printer before printing is required. It is recommended to use an 3D Printer Enclosure when printing. For large part it is recommended to use a heated chamber. It is recommended to anneal the printed part right after the printing process to release the residual internal stress.
* Please ensure the filament tip must never be released during handling/storage to prevent irreversible node formation. Utilize the side holes on the spool for secure end-tip anchoring both before and after printing operations.
[Usage and Applications] SUNLU PC-ABS filament is quite budget-friendly compared to some carbon fiber-filled stuff. Its characteristics make it ideal for automotive interior parts such as dashboard, door handles or instrumental panel. SUNLU PC-ABS doesn't shrink much upon cooling and will withstand the temperatures in a black car, in the desert, in the summer time, with the sun shining.

PLA is the most commonly used 3D printing material, it is economically and begainner-friendly with rich colors.
PLA Meta is an upgraded version of PLA, with lower printing temperature, better toughness and softer colors.
PLA is a food-safe material, but the filament will be added with toner during the production process, and it may also be contaminated by the printing nozzle during the printing process, so we do not recommend you to use PLA to print tableware
The printing quality will be affected if the PLA is moistured. Please pay attention to moisture-proof of the filament, or use a drying box to dry the filament
To store PLA filament and PLA+ filament, it is recommended to keep them in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Clean the nozzle, try turning the printing temperature up.
Check the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed, try to increase the printing temperature or the hot bed temperature
PLA and PLA+ filaments are recyclable.
PLA and PLA+ filaments can be used on most FDM 3D printers, as long as the printer's hotend temperature can reach the recommended temperature for the filament
