[Advanced High-Temperature Resistance]
Engineered with carbon fiber reinforcement, SUNLU’s PA12-CF withstands temperatures up to 176°C, ensuring stability in demanding environments like automotive or aerospace applications. Optimized for printing at 260–280°C with a 50–70°C heated bed (use adhesive for adhesion), it delivers reliable performance even under extreme thermal stress.
[Lightweight Strength for Precision Engineering]
With a reduced density, PA12-CF offers exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, ideal for crafting lightweight yet robust components. Perfect for aerospace frames, automotive parts, or outdoor gear that demands durability without added bulk.
[Unmatched Durability & Wear Resistance]
Built to endure heavy use, this material excels in high-impact and high-friction environments. Its carbon fiber matrix resists scratches, abrasion, and repeated stress, making it a top choice for functional prototypes, industrial tools, or mechanical parts requiring long-term reliability.
[Superior Impact Resistance for Tough Applications]
PA12-CF absorbs shocks and resists cracking, even under sudden drops or collisions. Trust it for rugged outdoor equipment, drone components, or structural parts that need to survive harsh conditions without compromising integrity.
[Low Moisture Absorption, High Dimensional Accuracy]
Minimal hygroscopicity ensures consistent print quality and dimensional stability, eliminating warping or layer shifts. Achieve sharp details and tight tolerances for precision gears, aerospace fittings, or intricate functional prototypes—every time.
Ideal for: Automotive/aviation lightweight frames, high-stress outdoor gear, industrial tools, and precision engineering components.

Printing Tips
- Nylon 12 is the lowest water absorption of nylon consumables, but based on the characteristics of nylon, compared with other consumables, nylon consumables are more susceptible to water absorption and moisture materials, so the usual storage should be placed in a dry environment (relative humidity of less than 20%)
- After 6 hours of unpacking, drying is required before printing, the recommended drying conditions are: 80°C for 12 hours or 110°C for 4 hours.
- It is recommended to apply glue to assist printing to prevent warping. Turn on the cooling fan by 70%.
- Printing PA12-CF with copper nozzles is susceptible to wear and tear. It is recommended to use wear-resistant nozzles, e.g. hardened steel nozzles.
Model post-processing
- The strength of the print can be further improved by annealing the print in an oven at 80°C~130°C for 3-12 hours.
- Note: The annealing effect depends on the structure and size of the model itself and the annealing conditions, some models may warp and deform after annealing.
